Model / Product: Lumia
Issue Title: LED Lights Do Not Turn On
Symptoms
- When the booth turns on, the LED lights do not turn on
- Only one side turns on
Possible Causes
- Turned off via LED remote
- AC power cables loose/unplugged
- LED lights are damaged
- AC power supply is off
Step-by-Step Resolution
-
Confirm the LED remote is on and controlling the lights
- Locate the LED remote and make sure it is powered on (replace battery if needed).
- Aim the remote toward the LED receiver area and press ON.
- Press Brightness + a few times (lights can be on but dimmed all the way down).
- If only one side turns on, press OFF then ON again to re-sync.
-
Reseat the LED AC power cable (power reset)
- Turn the booth OFF.
- Unplug the AC power cord for the LED lights (use the reference picture for the correct cable).
- Wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in firmly.
- Turn the booth ON and test the LED remote again.
-
Check the LED power supply is ON (blue light check)
- Locate the LED power supply for the Lumia LEDs.
- Confirm the blue indicator light is present:
- Blue light ON = power supply is on
- No blue light = power supply is off or not receiving power
- If there is no blue light:
- Verify the power supply is plugged into a working outlet/power strip.
- Try a different outlet or a different port on the power strip.
- If the power strip has a switch, confirm it is turned ON.
- Once the blue light is on, re-test the LED remote.
-
If only one side turns on, check for a loose connection on the non-working side
- Turn the booth OFF.
- Inspect the LED connectors for the side that is not lighting up.
- Re-seat any loose connectors gently but firmly.
- Turn the booth ON and test again.
