Q. How Can I Change the Ring Light Color? My Button is Not Working?

To change the color of the ring light on the Ring Roamer or Helio Pro’s, you will have to push the button behind the booth.

Ring Roamer’s button is a big blue button behind the handle. For the Helio’s, there is a hole in which you will stick something in, in order to push the button inside.

The dim the LED light, push and hold the button, and it will dim. Do that process again and it will brighten.

If your button is not working, then that means your booth is connected to the Bluetooth module inside of it.

This means that your LED will be changed by the app that you are using. The apps that are compatible with your Bluetooth module are: Touchpix, Fotozap, Fotofliqs, Curatorlive.

You can also use the standard LED Hue app to change the color from your phone or smart device.
